The best advice to demonstrate EP virtually is to do basically what you’d do in-person — show up — early, properly dressed, and groomed — so many sweats, ugh! and simply “do you!”

Keep your high standards, be respectful and let other people voice their opinions and do not interrupt. Wait for your turn, and they speak cleary, look your camera in the eye — and express your ideas with the confidence you have — watch your body language, no slouching. Studies indiciate that you can project the most enegry by standing up — not sure if you need to do that, but if it feels natural to you, then try it.

One of the most important things is to “be present,” really listen and resond. If you disagree, do so with regard for an opposing opinion but yet “show teeth” and speak truth to power, respectfully.
